Our greatest fear is that we are nothing. This is what is behind our fear of death. Linked to this fear is the self-belief that I am nothing. So how do we manage this fear? We create an identity. Our identity tells us that we definitely are something. But at what cost?

Our identities are by-products of our intellect. Therefore, they are logical and static. Logic is exclusive. Things are either black or white. When we are young, we discover that we are either a boy or a girl. Further, we are told that boys are one way and girls are another. Through this process, we have a part of us taken away. Men are not sensitive and women do not get angry.

Bart Anderson called this process the un-naming.  (Yes, he made up the word- truly great people make up words.) The un-naming is the part of you that you exclude from yourself due to your identity. So ask yourself, "Who are you?" And then ask, "Because you are that, what are you not allowed to be?" That is the un-naming.

Fortunately, we can learn to walk without an identity. But to do this, we have to risk being nothing. I was taught to say to myself, “I am nothing, I know nothing,” before going into an experience. This allows you to detach from your identity- from all the things you thought you were. And all the things you thought you knew.

This frees you up to experience yourself in a given moment. Life becomes an exploration. Sometimes you say to yourself, "Wow, I never knew I was that before."  And the things you are become inclusive. Sometimes you are strong. Sometimes you are weak. You are both strong and weak.

Why not give it a shot? What have you got to lose? Just your identity.

Thanks for revealing your ideas. Another thing is that learners have an option between national student loan as well as a private student loan where its easier to select student loan consolidating debts than with the federal education loan.

This write-up is very detailed. I was looking at the special guidelines you shown here. But could you really clarify something mainly because I was a bit mixed up? I didn't quite uncover the exact ways to really put everything to use. Perhaps I'm just overcomplicating it in my mind? Perhaps the complete thing remains new to me. I do not really know. Maybe I might need to look forward to subsequent posts you would be writing on this very same subject matter. cheap replica louis vuitton handbag
