Intention is the Catalyst for Change

shutterstock_125411831During the recent Summer Solstice Ceremonies, Ann Coughlin led a healing circle. She had us envision a funnel of energy coming down through the top of our head and up through our feet from the earth. We then passed the energy around the circle drawing with our left hand and sending with our right all while we focusing the healing energy onto Steve's stomach.

It led me to thinking. If the energy is already in everything, why do we need draw it in in order to heal with it? Why does it need us? Then it hit me, we have to create an intention for the energy to work. Sure, we are focusing the energy too, but it is us caring and loving enough to intend the healing that creates the spark and the magic.

As many of the spiritual traditions point out, pure consciousness accepts all things as they are. From that perspective, everything is as it needs to be. However, if we want to create change in ourselves or in the world, there has to be an intention, a prayer, a focused idea. It is our intention that provides the catalyst for change to happen.

So once we make an intention and open a doorway for something new to happen, then Consciousness, Spirit or God is able to flow through the intention and give it life. This is the power of innovation. Intention and allowing it to unfold is how new things are created and the world is transformed.

Until we have an intention, consciousness continues to support and flow through everything that was intended and created previously. In this sense Consciousness, Spirit or God is waiting for us to intend new things so it can flow through them, fuel change, and expand itself.

That is how powerful your mind is. We cannot create a healthier way of life without someone such as you caring enough to create an intention.

Your intention is our only hope.

Hello Web Admin, I noticed that your On-Page SEO is is missing a few factors, for one you do not use all three H tags in your post, also I notice that you are not using bold or italics properly in your SEO optimization. On-Page SEO means more now than ever since the new Google update: Panda. No longer are backlinks and simply pinging or sending out a RSS feed the key to getting Google PageRank or Alexa Rankings, You now NEED On-Page SEO. So what is good On-Page SEO?First your keyword must appear in the title. Then it must appear in the URL.You have to optimize your keyword and make sure that it has a nice keyword density of 3-5% in your article with relevant LSI (Latent Semantic Indexing). Then you should spread all H1,H2,H3 tags in your article.Your Keyword should appear in your first paragraph and in the last sentence of the page. You should have relevant usage of Bold and italics of your keyword. There should be one internal link to a page on your blog and you should have one image with an alt tag that has your keyword....wait there's even more Now what if i told you there was a simple Wordpress plugin that does all the On-Page SEO, and automatically for you? That's right AUTOMATICALLY, just watch this 4minute video for more information at. Seo Plugin
